Welcome to The Verandah by Cocos. By accessing our website and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which govern our relationship with you in relation to this website and hotel stay.
1. Reservation Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or advance payment. We reserve the right to cancel any reservation if the provided payment information is invalid or if the deposit is not received within the specified timeframe.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations made up to 14 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are subject to a fee equivalent to the first night's stay. No-shows will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
3. House Rules
The Verandah is a peaceful retreat. We request our guests to maintain a quiet atmosphere, especially during night hours. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas. Any damage to hotel property will be charged to the guest's account.
4. Liability
The hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safes for valuable items. Our liability for any loss or injury is limited to the extent permitted by Indian law.
